1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Gauntlit application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Intellectual Property & Story Ownership
Writers retain 100% full ownership and copyright of the original micro-fiction and short stories they submit to Gauntlit. By submitting a story to an active prompt arena, you grant Gauntlit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your entry within the voting pool, leaderboards, and archives.
3. Virtual Tokens & In-App Cosmetics
Tokens earned through voting or arena victories are virtual rewards with no real-world monetary value. Tokens cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred outside the platform, or refunded.
4. Account Termination & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Code of Conduct or engage in fraudulent activities. We may update or modify features of the service at any time.
